Chosen solution Use Google takeout to get you gmail data in the MBOX format. It might take some days for them to email you the link. Download the data files. Shut down Thunderbird.
\nIf your existing profile folder and profile backup folder have the same name, simply replace the existing profile folder with the profile backup, then start Thunderbird.<\/p>\n
